Tutorial Video

Firstly, ensure you have set-up the game correctly. If you are indoors you can view on a big screen. If outdoors, not to worry, you can print the Tutorial video card (below) and listen to the audio. Players then follow the tutorial to learn how to play the game. 

It begins with walking and stopping at key points and then moves into normal gameplay at a light easy continuous jog back and forth to play.
